🛒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on our website are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has been successfully placed.

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

We partner with top-tier courier services to offer nationwide delivery:

💰 Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 applies, depending on your delivery pin code and weight of the parcel.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional fee.


📦 Packaging & Handling

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Products are securely packed using tamper-proof, hygienic packaging.

  • Perishable or fragile items are handled with extra care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website or through your “My Orders” dashboard on www.petqila.com.


🚫 Delays or Non-Delivery

We strive to deliver every order on time. However, some delays may be out of our control. If your order is:

  • Delayed beyond 10 days, please contact our support team.

  • Undelivered due to an incorrect address, the product may be returned to our warehouse. We will attempt redelivery after confirming the correct details.
